[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]The cooling radiator is the current most well-known model of equipment. It is used in all water-cooled cars. Its installation takes place at the front of the vehicle and is connected to the engine by cables.
All IRB Radiators are allowed to operate under working conditions from -30 °C to 90 °C and a pressure range of 0.5 to 2.0 bar. In addition, the tanks are reinforced and made of plastic containing at least 30 to 35% fiberglass. The type of material is always indicated on the surface of the tank.
They also undergo rigorous tests in the manufacturing process to ensure their durability:
– Vibration and thermal expansion test: resistance to large temperature fluctuations
– Leak: check for leakage in the cooling system
– Corrosion: the component durability in adverse weather conditions (high levels of humidity and salt)
The intecooler is present in many trucks and in light vehicles with low engine capacity and high power and its function is often confused with the turbo. The component is actually an auxiliary that indirectly offers more power to the engine. Visually it resembles a radiator and its function is to cool the heated air that gets out of the compressor or turbocharger before entering the engine.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”269″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”]
